Ingredients
For the Burgers:

pounds
ground beef

Tablespoon
taco seasoning

hamburger buns

pepper jack cheese
For the Avocado Pico de Gallo:

roma tomatoes
(diced)

white onion
(diced)
1/3
cup
fresh cilantro
(chopped)

Jalapeño Pepper
(deseeded and diced)

Avocado
(diced)

lime
(juiced)

teaspoon
garlic salt
Instructions
For the Patties:
Preheat a grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Form the ground beef into 6 even patties and season them with the taco seasoning.
Place on the grill over direct heat and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until the patties reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Place the slices of cheese on the patties for the last minute of the cook time to melt the cheese. Remove the patties from the grill.
For Serving:
Mix together the Avocado Pico De Gallo ingredients in a small bowl.
Place each of the patties on a bun and top with the avocado pico de gallo. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
