Ingredients

Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding Mix
4.6 ounces

pkg
Strawberry Jello Mix
6 ounces
3
cups
Water
16
ounces
Whipped Topping
thawed

ounces
Mini Marshmallows
2

Fresh Strawberries
diced
Instructions
Whisk together the pudding mix, jello mix and water in a medium saucepan.
Heat over medium high heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
Once the mixture is boiling, remove from heat and place in a large heat resistant mixing bowl.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the mixture has thickened (at least 4 hours or overnight).
Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and beat with an electric mixer until creamy.
Then gently stir in the whipped topping, marshmallows and fresh strawberries until combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
This salad is best served the day before serving it. Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
