vanilla protein powder

strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

Greek yogurt
plain or vanilla for added sweetness

milk of choice
cow's milk, soy milk, or unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
In a blender, combine the vanilla protein powder, mixed frozen berries, Greek yogurt, and milk.
Blend on high until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
Once blended to your preference, pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust the quantity of milk based on your preferred consistency , more milk for a thinner smoothie, and less for a thicker one.
