Cream Cheese
Softened at room temperature and cut into 1 inch pieces

Pimento Peppers
drained and chopped

Mayonnaise

Garlic Powder

Cayenne Pepper

of bread
Instructions
Place all the ingredients except for the bread in a large mixing bowl.
Mix together with a hand held mixer or by hand with a sturdy spoon until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
Spoon the pimento cheese mixture onto 6 of the slices of bread and top with the remaining slices of bread.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
