Pretzel Rods
almond bark
(or you can use white chocolate)
colored dye
(I used pink and purple)
4
Colors of peeps
Instructions
Melt 4-5 almond bark bars in a tall glass. Melt them in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between.
Dip each pretzel rod into the almond bark. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow it to harden.
Melt 2 more bars in a bowl and 2 bars in another bowl. Add a different color in each bowl.
Mix in the colored dye until it is blended together.
Drizzle the colored dye over the pretzel rods.
Take a little bit of the almond bark and put a dab on the back of one of the PEEPS.
Place the peeps on the pretzel rod. This will "glue" it to the pretzel.
Allow it to cool completely.
Notes
This quick dessert will be a hit for an Easter party, a Spring gathering, or even Easter Brunch!
