Instructions
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium low heat.
Heat the butter until it starts to foam.
Crack the eggs directly into the pan.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the white portions of the eggs start to get firm but the yolks are still a bit runny.
Carefully flip the eggs and cook for 2-3 more minutes until the yolk is fully cooked through.
Remove the eggs from the pan. Season them with salt and pepper if you prefer and enjoy!
