Oven Nachos
Oven nachos are delicious and perfect to feed a crowd. You can fix sheet pan nachos in minutes and everyone can enjoy their favorite toppings!

Ingredients

pound
ground beef
1
1 oz package or 2 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning
1
bag tortilla chips
1
can
15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
1
8 oz bag cheddar cheese, shredded
1
8 oz bag Mexican blend cheese, shredded
1
can
15 oz refried beans
Toppings
1
can
11 oz Fiesta Corn
Tomatoes
cut into small pieces
2-3
tablespoons
red onions
finely diced
1-2
Jalapenos
seeded and diced or sliced
Sour cream
Cilantro
snipped
1-2
green onions
sliced
1
Avocado
sliced or diced
1
can
15 oz black olives, sliced
1
jar Salsa
Lime Wedges
Guacamole
Instructions
Cook ground beef in skillet on stovetop until no pink remains
Sprinkle with taco seasoning and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water if necessary
Drain and set aside
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and spray a baking cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray
Add tortilla chips to prepared baking sheet
Spoon refried beans over chips
Add half of the ground beef mixture over refried beans
Add half of the cheddar and Mexican blend cheeses
Spoon remaining ground beef mixture over cheese
Top with black beans
Sprinkle remaining cheeses over beans
Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
Serve warm with your favorite toppings
Notes
These Oven Nachos can also be made with chicken or pork.
Use any combination of toppings you like.
