Cornstarch,
Flour or Powdered Milk
Instructions
Slowly add cornstarch, flour or powdered milk to your runny mashed potatoes, 1 tablespoon at a time
Stir the potatoes together. And add another tablespoon until they have thickened to your desired thickness.
Notes
I prefer to thicken with cornstarch as it does not affect the flavor of the mashed potatoes.
