Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Bars
Butterscotch chocolate chip cookie bars make an easy dessert using a cake mix. Each bar is gooey and delicious with tons of butterscotch.

Ingredients

Yellow Cake mix
1/3
cup
vegetable oil
2
eggs
1/2
cup
butterscotch chips
1/2
cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil together in a bowl. The batter will be thick. Fold in the butterscotch and chocolate chips.
Spray a 9X13 baking pan with nonstick spray.
Press the batter into the pan. You will have to press it out since the batter will be thick.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Allow it to cool slightly before cutting. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Keep the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
