Remove ham from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cinnamon and cloves until well combined.
Check that the ham fits in the air fryer basket with space for air circulation. Place the ham cut-side down in the basket.
Brush half of the glaze mixture evenly over the entire surface of the ham.
Set the air fryer to 300°F and cook for 20 minutes.
Open the air fryer and brush the remaining glaze over the ham, making sure to get into the slices.
Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes, until the ham reaches an internal temperature of
140°F.
Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
Then the ham is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure the ham fits in your air fryer before starting.Don't crowd the air fryer basket as the air needs to circulate.Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
