– Apples – Sticks for Apples – Heavy Cream – Corn Syrup – Butter – Sugar – Vanilla – Chopped Peanuts optional

Step 1

- Insert a stick into the stem end of each apple. - Dip apples in water & swirl to melt and remove any wax. Wipe dry. 

Step 2

- Heat together cream, corn syrup, butter & sugar.  - When its time to remove from heat, stir in the remaining cream & the vanilla.

Step 3

Dip & twirl the apples in the caramel to coat! Let any excess drip off. You can then roll the dipped apple in the chopped nuts/sprinkles.

Place apples on the prepared cookie sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set caramel.
