- Air Fryer Boxed Brownies – Instead of making brownies from scratch, use a brownie mix. This is a great option and it is prepared the same way as the recipe indicates. You may need to adjust your pan size depending the size of your air fryer.

How to Make Brownies in the Air Fryer
- Step 1 – Prepare Air Fryer Basket – Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F. Line a 6 inch square or round cake pan with parchment paper. Make sure to let the parchment paper extend up the sides of the pan.
Step 2 – Place the butter, brown sugar, sugar and cocoa powder in a microwave safe mixing bowl. Microwave in 20 second intervals.
Step 3 – Stir in the vanilla extract and let the mixture cool slightly. Then mix in the egg and flour until combined.
Step 4 – Stir in ½ cup of the chocolate chips into brownie batter. Pour the batter in the prepared pan and top with the remaining chocolate chips.
Step 5 – Air fry chocolate mixture at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes. Check the brownies to see if they are done. If the brownies are not done, cook in 5 minute intervals until the brownies are cooked through.
- Step 8 – Check to make sure done – The edges should be set and a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean (make sure not to insert into a chocolate chip).
- Step 9 – Serve & Enjoy – Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes. Then use the parchment paper to remove the brownies from the pan. Cut, serve and enjoy.

- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
