Chicken Fried Rice

– Skinless chicken breasts – Sesame oil – Vegetable oil – Frozen peas & diced carrots  – Cooked rice – Soy sauce – Salt & Pepper – Green onions

STEP 1

Sauté the diced chicken in the oils on medium high heat until the chicken is cooked.

STEP 2

Sauté  the peas & carrots blend for approximately 2 mins. Slide the veggies aside & scramble the eggs on the other side of the pan.

STEP 3

Then add the chicken back to the pan. Add in the rice, soy sauce, salt and pepper to the pan. Saute for 3-5 mins.

That's it!

Top with sliced green onions and serve immediately. Enjoy!
