Ingredients
- 3 lbs Russet Potatoes
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Butter Cut into pieces
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Peel and cut your potatoes into chunks.
- Place the potatoes in the crock pot with 1 cup of the milk, salt, pepper, garlic and butter.
- Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours until the potatoes are slightly soft.
- Then either remove the potatoes to a mixing bowl or mix in your crock pot if it has a ceramic liner (do not mix in a non-stick liner as it will scratch it).
- Mix well with an electric hand mixer. Slightly add in the last 1 cup of milk until the mashed potatoes are the consistency that you desire.
