The last thing I want to do after the holidays is run to the store. I love making this Turkey Salad because I can make it with all of our leftover veggies, fresh herbs and broth which saves me time and money.
Before putting away your leftover white and dark meat turkey, quickly prepare this turkey salad and it will be ready for you the next day for a tasty lunch.
Ingredients
- Cooked Turkey – Dice turkey into bite size pieces

How to Make Turkey Salad
Step 1 – Stir together the turkey, celery, red onion and fresh dill together in a large bowl.
Step 2 – In a separate medium size mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dijon mustard and seasonings.
Step 3 – Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the turkey mixture and gently toss to coat all the ingredients with the mayonnaise mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least for 2 hours before serving.
Step 4 – Before serving, taste test the salad and add more salt and pepper if needed. Serve on bread, lettuce or crackers. Enjoy!
