- Paprika – 2 tablespoons
- Cumin – ½ tablespoons
- Garlic Powder – ½ tablespoons
- Onion Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Oregano – 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne – ¾ teaspoon
2. Chili Flakes:
If you have red pepper flakes but no chili powder, it would be a good substitute. Use a grinder to break up the dried chili flakes. It becomes a powder consistency to easily be a good replacement.
