How to Make Thanksgiving Turkey shaped Charcuterie Board

  • Step 1 – Prepare you Serving Platter – Start with a large serving platter. We used a circle serving platter but you can easily use a rectangle platter as well.

Step 1 – Begin assembling the crackers – Then assemble the tray. Start with the outside row of the turkey feathers. Arrange the crackers in a large half circle around the outer edge of the serving platter.

Step 2 – Make Turkey Body – Cut out the turkey body (oval) and head (circle) out of the cheddar cheese and cut a small triangle out of the Swiss cheese for the beak.

Step 3 – Add the Cheddar Cheese – Then arrange the cheddar cheese slices next to the crackers, overlapping them on top of the crackers.

Step 4 – Layer with Salmi Slices – Then follow this same process with the salami slices, Swiss cheese slices and then the pepperoni slices. Make sure that the pepperoni slices fill in the rest of the space.

  • Step 5 – Add Turkey Body – Place the turkey body and head in the center of the pepperoni and top the head with the Swiss cheese beak and chocolate chip for the candy eyes.
