This taco soup recipe is made in one pot which makes cleanup a breeze. It is completely customizable by change the meat, beans and seasoning. We have even added in more veggies that needed to be used such bell pepper.

Ingredients
- Lean Ground Beef – You can also make this soup with Ground Turkey or a mixture of both beef and turkey

- Minced Garlic Cloves – You can also substitute with garlic powder if you are out
- Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles – A can of Rotel is a great option
- Taco Spices – Feel free to use Easy Homemade Seasoning Recipe or a packet of taco seasoning instead of using chili powder, ground cumin, paprika and oregano. We have even added in a teaspoon of cayenne pepper for a hint of spice. You can add in Homemade Ranch Seasoning Mix
- Black Beans and Kidney Beans – Feel free to substitute with the beans of your choice. Pinto beans is a great substitution.
- Beef Broth – If you are out of beef broth you can easily use 3 cups water

How To Make Taco Soup
- Step 1 – Heat a large pot or large Dutch oven over medium high heat.
Step 2 – Add the ground beef and onions. Brown the beef, breaking up the beef as it brown until cooked through and no longer pink. Seasoning with salt and black pepper. Drain off any excess grease.
Step 3 – Add in the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until heated through.
Step 4 – Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Step 5 – Heat over medium high heat until the mixture comes to a low boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover and let the soup simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve the soup warm with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

- 1 pound ground beef

- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 2 cans Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles 10 ounces
- 1 can Tomato Sauce 8 ounces
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 can black beans 15 oz can, rinsed and drained
- 1 can kidney beans 15 oz can, rinsed and drained
- 3 cups Beef Broth
Instructions
