Trying this today – so simple it can’t miss. I will be using fresh strawberries but am wondering – have you ever used frozen berries, blueberries, etc?
I also wanted to say I made this with sugar free cool whip and sweetened the Strawberries with swerve for those who could not do sugar. The honey maid graham crackers has some sugar but over all I got high marks on it.
I made this cake and everyone absolutely loved it. It was sooooo easy and quick to make. Thanks.
I’ve made this recipe with chocolate Graham crackers, strawberries and Bananas. It’s delicious!

And I’ve made it with all the berry’s at once..My Dad’s favorite is the strawberry. He loves strawberry shortcake and this is even better..This will be a Thanksgiving Hit with the crowd. TLC
This makes 10 servings.
How many servings does this make?
You can but I never do and it tastes great without it.
Do you need to sweeten the strawberries ?
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for leaving a review.
I made this recipe with home-made whipped cream and blueberries (because that’s what was in the fridge) as a spur of the moment addition to our Easter meal today. It was so easy and delicious. I also had made 2 other desserts but this was the favourite by far. Thanks for sharing this recipe, we will definitely make it again and again.
Great to hear! Thank you!
I made this recepie and it came out amazing and soooo good.
I plan to make this tomorrow. I have friends coming over for lunch. I’m sure they are going to love it.

This no bake strawberry icebox cake
looks delicious!! I plan to make it for my
friend for her birthday.
Can u use fresh whipped cream?
I see you recommend making it the night before, do you foresee any issue if it sat for two nights before serving? Thank you!
I made this recipe and my husband and granddaughter loved it.
Can you use honey graham crackers instead of Nabisco graham crackers?
If you are making it the night before serving it, I would just store it in the refrigerate. You would not need to freeze it. It tastes great made the day before as the flavor has time to combine. I hope you enjoy the recipe. Thank you!
Could you make this the night before and freeze it then bring it out to defrost? Or would it be soggy?
I made this for a graduation party. Easy and a big hit. I think it’s even yummier the longer it sits. I ate it the day after my party and it was more moist and had a more strawberry flavor. Yummy and easy
Yum! Great idea – thanks for sharing.
I made this again for my Secret Sister Reveal party at my church. I added some blueberries on the top layer. It was such a big hit the last time I made it.
No, it’s not keto friendly. Thanks.
is this recipe keto friendly..?
Linda – Either way would work great. We usually start with the whipped cream because we love lots of whipped cream but starting with the graham crackers would work great too!
This is in regards to the strawberry icebox cake. I’ve made it before but my recipe calls for putting the graham crackers in first and then layering. Looking at the picture it looks like that’s what was done. It would be messy scooping out with the cool whip down first. What do you think?
