Variations Ideas
- Change of Meat – This seasoning blend can be used on other cuts of meat. We have used it on chicken, pork tenderloin, and chicken wings.
- Seasoning – This dry rub is delicious just the way it is so feel free to add in additional seasoning for added flavor. Rosemary, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, dried thyme and red pepper flakes are always a great addition. I usually start with about ¼ teaspoon and add more to taste.

Step 1 – Stir all the spice blend together in a small bowl.
Step 2 – Generously rub the steak dry rub onto your steak of choice.
- Step 3 – Let the steak sit with the seasoning on it for at least 30 minutes and then grill steaks and enjoy. Steaks grill better when they are at room temperature.
Recipe Tips
