- White Chocolate
- Vanilla Extract
- Whole Milk
- Whipped Cream (for topping)

Variations & Substitutions:
- Peppermint Hot Chocolate – If you love the flavor of peppermint mix in ½ teaspoon of peppermint extract. You can even add in peppermint syrup and serve with crushed peppermint candy on top with a candy canes.
- Food Coloring – Add a pinch of red food coloring to turn this hot chocolate into a festive drink.
- Milk – We used whole milk, but if you prefer you can make this drink with coconut milk or almond milk. This will make it a delicious dairy-free option.
- White Chocolate – We used quality white chocolate but you can also use white chocolate chips or white chocolate shavings to melt. This will become your favorite white chocolate recipe.
- Vanilla Syrup – To enhance the vanilla flavor, feel free to add in a few pumps of vanilla syrup.
Step by Step Instructions:
Step 1 – Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium low heat. You want the milk to start steaming but not boil. Watch it closely so that the milk does not over boil.
Step 2 – Remove from heat. Add the white chocolate to the pan. Let the mixture sit for 1 minute and stir until the chocolate is complete melted
Step 3 – Return the mixture back to the heat and heat over low heat until warm. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 4 – Pour into serving cups and serve topped with whipped cream. Enjoy!
