Expert Tips

  • Baking Sheet – We recommend lining a baking sheet with parchment paper to easily serve and make cleanup a breeze.
  • Puff Pastry Sheet – You can easily find the puff pastry dough at the grocery store. Use a rolling pin to evenly roll out the dough if you prefer.
  • Cream Cheese Frosting – Make sure to not add to much sweet cream cheese filling to the pastry dough. We like to use piping bag to easily spread the mixture onto the puff pastry.
  • Baking Puff Pastry – This dessert is best served not over baked. You want the texture to be light and flaky pastry so remove from oven when the pastry is golden brown. Baking time will vary depending on your oven.
