- 12 cups fresh Spinach
- 16 oz Strawberries Sliced
- 1/2 Red Onion Thinly Sliced
- 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 cup Raw Pecans Chopped
For the Dressing:
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Poppy Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until all the ingredients are well combined or place all the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake until well combined.
