You will save a ton of money making this smoothie at home and you can easily make it your own. Serve it for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Everyone loves this smoothie in my family and I am sure your family will too.

Additions and Variations

  • Mango – Frozen mango should help thicken the smoothie and add a tropical sweetness without the need for additional sweeteners. If you find you need additional sweetness, I suggest adding a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
  • Liquid – We used almond milk, but you can also use orange juice, oat milk, coconut water, and soy milk. We have also used water and it still taste delicious.
  • Veggies – This green smoothie is delicious with the spinach but you can also add in Kale.
  • Other Fruit – Feel free to use other types of frozen fruit or fresh fruit such as pineapple or blueberries.
  • Protein – You can easily add in protein to this smoothie such as Greek Yogurt or Protein Powder.

How to Make Spinach Fruit Smoothie

  • Step 1 – Add the spinach, frozen mango, banana, green apple, lime juice, chia seeds, almond milk, and ice cubes to a blender.
