How to Make Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Chicken in the Crock Pot?
- Step 1 – Place the chicken in the bottom of a 6 quart crock pot.
- Step 2 – Top the chicken with the sun dried tomatoes, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and paprika.
- Step 3 – Pour the chicken broth top.
- Step 4 – Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Step 5 – Remove the chicken from the crock pot and set aside.
- Step 6 – Turn the crock pot to high and stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan Cheese. Heat for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and heated through.
- Step 7 – Return the chicken back to the crock pot.
- Step 8 – Serve warm and enjoy!

Crock Pot Sun Dried Tomato Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (filleted into 6 pieces)
- 1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place the chicken in the bottom of a 6 quart crock pot.
