Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs stew meat
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 Celery Stalks chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 2 Carrot Sticks chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups of wateR
- 1/2 cup Barley rinsed
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except for the barley to the crock pot.
