Expert Tips

  • Cut Bread – We recommend slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  • Serving – We like to season the French bread with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Meat Mixture – Cook the ground beef in a large pan until no longer pink. We recommend to drain the meat to remove excess fat.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Make With Canned Sloppy Joes Mix?

Yes, if you prefer you can make this recipe with canned sloppy joe mix. We think the homemade version taste better but make this recipe how you prefer.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. When you are ready to serve again, I like to reheat in the oven to make the bread crispy again.
