Expert Tips

  • Covering the Pork Chops – Make sure to leave air in the freezer bag when sealing the bag so that the pork and seasoning mixture in the bag can move around easier.
  • Cooking Time – Once you flip the pork chops, watch them closely until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit so that they don’t get over cooked.  We recommend using a meat thermometer to check.
  • Rest Pork Chops – Rest pork chops after cooking which helps to lock in the flavor and juices.
