Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2 – Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium high heat. Breaking up the sausage as it cooks. Once it’s browned, remove from heat and drain off any excess grease from the pan.
Step 3 – Stir in the cream cheese, parmesan cheese and pepper until fully combined.
Step 4 – Cut each of the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove any seeds from the peppers.
Step 5 – Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the sausage cream cheese mixture into the hollow portions of each of the jalapeño halves. Then place them on a baking sheet or baking pan.
- Step 6 – Bake for 20 minutes to 30 minutes until the peppers are bubbly and browned.
