What is Salad Supreme Pasta Salad?

Salad Supreme Pasta Salad is a twist on a classic recipe. The secret ingredients is McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning and zesty Italian Dressing.

The combination of these two ingredients mixed with fresh vegetables and pasta makes this pasta salad a must at any occasion. You will love how easy this pasta salad is and the many substitutions that can be made to make it your own.

Ingredients

Ingredients needed - rotini pasta, cucumber, grape tomatoes, red onion, yellow bell pepper, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salad supreme seasoning, Italian Salad Dressing, salt, pepper
  • Rotini Pasta – Substitute the Rotini Pasta with Penne or fusilli pasta. Use what you prefer.
  • Cucumber, chopped – I use a classic cucumber but an English Cucumber or baby cucumbers can be used.
  • Grape Tomatoes, halved – Roma tomatoes, cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes can also be used.
  • Red Onion, sliced – I love the pop of color it gives the pasta salad. But it can also be omitted if you do not like onions.
  • Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped – Use any color of bell pepper that you prefer.
  • Parmesan Cheese, grated – Grated works best.
  • Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, cubed into bite size pieces – I love the flavor this cheese gives the pasta salad.
  • Salad Supreme Seasoning – This is a must for this delicious recipe.
  • Zesty Italian Salad Dressing – The perfect dressing to add amazing flavor

Expert Tips

  • Cook Pasta – This is a great recipe to make the pasta ahead of time. This gives it time to cool off the pasta before adding in the other ingredients.
  • Prepare Vegetables – For best results, we like to chop the vegetables about the same size. We recommend bite size pieces so the pasta salad is easier to eat.
  • Combining Ingredients – For the best flavor, make this salad the day before serving. This helps to allow the dressing and seasoning to marinate into the pasta.
