Recipe Tips

  • Melting Chocolate – Be careful melting chocolate in the microwave. We recommend melting the chocolate in 30 second intervals then stir. This help prevent the chocolate from burning and melting evenly.
  • Baking Brownie – Baking time will vary so we recommend checking the brownie by inserting a toothpick in the center. If the toothpick comes out clean then the brownie is done.
  • Adding Frosting – Make sure the brownie has cooled before adding the frosting.
  • Room Temperature Ingredients – It is best to use room temperature eggs and butter for a smooth texture.
  • Baking Dish – For serving the brownies, we recommend to line the baking dish with parchment paper.
