How to Make Pizza Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Step 1 – Preheat oven 425. Place garlic toast on cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes or until toast is slightly toasted around edges.
Step 2 – Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on each of the 4 slices of garlic toast.
Step 3 – Top each piece of garlic toast with 6 slices of pepperoni.
Step 4 – Then, top each piece of garlic toast with 1 slice of mozzarella cheese.
Step 5 – Add another layer of pepperoni and cheese to each piece of garlic toast. Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on each of the remaining garlic toast pieces and place on top of the pepperoni and cheese.
Step 6 – Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Heat each sandwich until the cheese is melted, it is golden brown and the contents are hot. Serve hot and enjoy.

- Garlic Texas Toast – If you are using frozen Texas Toast, make sure to bake first for about 7 minutes.
- Toppings – If you are adding toppings, add it when adding the pepperonis. Then add the last piece of bread on top.
