As many of you know, I am a huge fan of cheese balls. Our entire family (extended family included) loves my Bacon Ranch cheese ball and the garlic and onion cheese ball recipes.

However, I didn’t want to make the same old cheese ball recipe this year. This year, I decided to make this Pepperoni Cheeseball recipe.

This cheese ball recipe with pepperoni is loaded with flavor. Cheese ball can be made in a variety of ways and then serve with crackers. I love to make them for Christmas, super bowl and for our tailgate parties.

Step 1 – In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and mix thoroughly. Then place in the fridge.

Step 2 – Mix the crushed Ritz crackers and the Parmesan cheese together.

Step 3 – Pour them onto some Saran wrap plastic wrap. Place the cheese mixture on top.

Step 4 – Roll the cream cheese into the shape of a ball and make sure that the cracker mixture cover the ball. Serve immediately or place in the fridge until ready to eat.

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and mix thoroughly.
  • Place in the fridge and allow it to harden slightly.
  • Mix the crushed Ritz crackers and the Parmesan cheese together. Pour them onto some Saran wrap plastic wrap.
