Step 8 – Let the peanut butter filled pretzels set until the chocolate re-hardens.  Then they are ready to serve and enjoy!

Recipe Tips

  • Melting Chocolate – When melting chocolate use a microwave-safe bowl for best results. Make sure to scrape the side of the bowl to make sure the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Adding in Powdered Sugar – When adding in the powdered sugar make sure to not add to much. You want the dough to be sticky so it is easy to roll into balls.
  • Allow Chocolate to Harden – After dipping the peanut butter pretzels into the chocolate, place back on the baking sheet. This allows for the chocolate to harden and then they are ready to serve.
  • Adding Toppings – If adding sprinkles or nuts make sure to do it quickly after the peanut butter filled pretzel is dipped into chocolate. This allows for it to stick properly.
