How to Tell When the Fries Are Done
Sweet potatoes cook best under high heat. After baking them for about 15 minutes, make sure the potato is fork tender before removing them. They may have a browner edges on them but that is a great way to tell that they are done.
The sweet potato fries will have crispiness that will make them delicious and even better served with your favorite dipping sauce.

Great Question! We test the recipe and determine how many people it would feed. Then we determine the nutrition for the entire recipe and divide it by that number. For this recipe, it’s 6, so a serving size would be 1/6 of the entire number. Thank you and I hope you enjoy this recipe. We love sweet potatoes! ๐
