We like using mandarin oranges because there is no need to peel or remove the white stuff before mixing with the fluff ingredients. But you can use fresh oranges but you will need to prepare them first.

Can I Make Ahead of Time?

Yes, this orange fluff is best made ahead of time as it needs time to chill in the fridge. We recommend making it no earlier than 2 days prior to serving it.

Can I Freeze Orange Fluff?

We do not recommend freezing orange fluff as when it thaws the texture will change.
