Ways to use Leftovers

  • Rootbeer Chicken – use the leftover chicken to make Easy BBQ Chicken Quesadillas.
  • Ranch Pork Chops – Chop up the left over pork chops for Pork Fried Rice
  • Shrimp Boil – Cut the corn off the cob and reheat the leftovers in a large skillet with precooked rice. Add some cajun seasoning annd dinner is done.
