  • Step 1 – Place all the ingredients in a small bowl.  Stir to thoroughly combine all the ingredients together. 
  • Step 2 – Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours but 24 hours is the best for the best results. 
  • Step 3 – Then serve and keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

  • Ground Beef Patties – Make 8 think patties out of lean ground beef
  • Sesame Seed Buns – You will need 4 top buns and 8 bottom buns. Make sure you get enough so you can make the Big Mac the right way.
  • Lettuce – We like using shredded iceberg lettuce as it gives it the best crunch.
  • Onion – Minced Onion is standard on a Big mac but you can always leave it off.
  • Cheese – We use 4 American Slice cheese. You can always use more or if you want you can omit it.
  • Pickles – Use slice dill pickles for the burger.
  • Now it is time to assemble – Start with a bottom bun, spread your homemade Big Mac Sauce on top, onion, lettuce, cheesy, hamburger patty, bottom bun, sauce, onion, lettuce, pickle, hamburger patty, and top bun.
