Expert Tips
- Blueberries – Toss the blueberries with the flour before mixing them into the batter ensures that they don’t sink when added to the baking pan.
- Combining Ingredients – When combining the ingredients make sure to not overmix the batter. This will create a dense bread if the batter is overmixed.
- Adding Glaze – If you are adding the homemade glaze to the bread, make sure to allow the bread to cool for best results.
- Baking Dish – Before pouring the batter into the loaf pan, make sure to spray with cooking spray. We also recommend lining the pan with parchment paper to easily remove the bread from the pan for serving. This also helps make cleanup a breeze.
