You can find lots of resources here including a beginner’s guide to Keto. I even spotted the Keto Crock Pot Cookbook.

It’s a lot to take in but basically the ketogenic diet is a diet high in fat with healthy fats for weight loss. The diet calls for a lot of nut butters, peanut butter and low or no carb snacks called fat bombs.

You will also want to keep things sugar free. Oils like coconut oil, olive oil and mct oil are used. A lot of recipes call for cheese or cream cheese. Almond flour or pork rinds can be used for a coating or batter that fits into the ketogenic diet.

Once you get used to this diet, many report that it becomes a lifestyle and they really like it. As a result, many people report higher levels of energy and that they just feel better!

Plus, weight loss is fairly easy while also filling full and satisfied. This is a key component as to why it works for so many.

To make this even easier ( and only 4 ingredients) I buy the Publix Jalapeño Popper Dip , and the Publix already cooked 4-6 pack of chicken breast and I put the pre cooked chicken breast in the bottom of my casserole dish then put the entire thing of the Publix jalapeño popper dip on top and spread it out then I put an 1/2 of a package of bacon ( that I cooked In the oven @425 for 10-12 minutes perfectly cooked ) that I cut into chunks on top then top with shredded cheese typically mild cheddar and mozzarella and top with the remaining 1/2 package of my chunks of bacon , cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes ? and it’s absolutely amazing!!! Plus the entire prep time is like 3 minutes lol ? and seriously everyone I’ve ever made it for begs me for the recipe and it will literally be the best thing you’ve ever tasted

My youngest daughter has been trying to get me to cook more Keto, since I am the one who does the cooking, and this caught my eye. I was out of jalapenos so I used a very small amount of jalapeno sweet relish. WOW what great flavors this dish has. Even the youngest daughter, a very picky eater, says it is a keeper! It may not be as pretty as most dishes I make, but it is more flavorful than most. My wife does not like hot, but she liked this very much. All four of us like it and will have it again. I’ve already shared it with several friends. Thanks for a great recipe.
