How to Make Instant Pot Egg Roll in a Bowl
- Step 1 – Turn the instant pot to the sauté setting.
Step 2 – Add the pork and diced onions to the instant pot and cook, breaking up the pork as it cooks, until the pork is fully cooked through and browned.
Step 3 – Add the minced garlic and ground ginger and cook for approximately 1 minute.
Step 4 – Turn the instant pot off. Stir in the chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar.
Step 5 – Pour the coleslaw mix on top but do not stir into the pork ingredients.
- Step 6 – Seal the instant pot. Pressure cook on high pressure for 0 minutes.
- Step 7 – After the cook time, do a quick release of the pressure on the instant pot by turning the valve on the lid to the venting position and allow all the steam to be released from the instant pot.
- Step 8 – Stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Step 9 – Serve topped with the green onions and enjoy!

Instant Pot Egg Roll in a Bowl
Ingredients

Iโve had the regular Asian style egg roll in a bowl and loved it so figured Iโd try this and OMG lemme tell you, it was worth a try!! My hubby and I ate practically all of it first night it was so good lol he put it in some whole wheat tortillas and I just added sriracha on top. Yummm, def making this one again!
