How do you make Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Legs recipe?
- Prepare Instant Pot for Chicken – Place the Instant pot rack at the bottom of the Instant pot.
- Add Chicken Broth – Pour in the chicken broth.
- Add Chicken Legs – Place the drumsticks on the rack.
- Sprinkle Seasoning – Sprinkle the ranch mix over the top.
- Prepare IP – Add the lid and set the valve to sealing. You can select the poultry setting as well.
- Cook on High – Set the instant pot on high pressure for 12 minutes. Cooking time will vary.
- Natural Release – Allow it to do a natural release for 15 minutes. Remove all the pressure.
- Remove Chicken from IP – Once finished, place the cooked chicken legs on a baking sheet and baste with yummy buffalo hot sauce for 15 minutes or so.
- Broil Chicken – Broil for 5-10 minutes or until it begins to brown.
- Serve and Enjoy – Serve immediately

Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Legs Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 chicken drumsticks
- 1 package of dry ranch mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Place the Instant pot rack at the bottom of the Instant pot.
- Pour in the chicken broth.
- Place the drumsticks on the rack.
- Sprinkle the ranch mix over the top.
- Add the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Set the pressure (on high) for 12 minutes.
- Allow it to do a natural release for 15 minutes.
- Remove all the pressure.
- Place the chicken legs on a cookie sheet (lined with foil)
- Baste with Buffalo sauce.
- Broil for 5-10 minutes or util it begins to brown.
- Serve immediately
