Quite some time ago, I was doing some fall baking. My recipe called for pumpkin pie spice, so I dutifully went to the store and bought pumpkin pie spice.

Of course, when I was in the midst of baking I noticed that pumpkin pie spice smelled a lot like some of the other spices I used regularly. So I decided to make my own spice blends that taste amazing.

  • Step 1 – In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients.
