This lovely sweet potato is so delicious. Feel free to use what you have on hand. If you do not have olive oil, coconut oil works great to coat the potatoes.

  • Sweet Potatoes – Try and get the same size sweet potatoes
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil – You can also use avocado oil
  • Sea Salt – Substitute with kosher salt

How to Bake Sweet Potatoes in the Oven

  • Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Step 2 – Wash the sweet potatoes.  Dry and stab 6-8 times per sweet potato with a fork in various spots throughout the sweet potato.

  • Step 3 – Drizzle the olive oil over the sweet potatoes and season with the sea salt.
  • Step 4 – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

  • Prepare Sweet Potatoes – Make sure to wash and dry sweet potatoes before baking. We also recommend poking holes into the sweet potatoes with a fork for best results

Store Leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The leftovers will last about 4-5 days and can be reheated in the microwave. You can even enjoy sweet potatoes cold.
