Yes, I think that would work fine
Sorry Carrie – One more question: After the recipe, you post โ Use 2 tablespoons per 2 lbs of ground beef to make chili. Easy!โ … But in the comments it is mentioned using 2 T per 1 lb of meat. Which one is correct? Thanks!
If I vacuum-sealed this, could it be frozen in between being used?

Yes, you definitely can reduce the cayenne pepper amount and it’ll still taste great!
I have not made this, so I cannot rate it. However, my go to for chili has always been McCormick Mild, as I do not like overly spicy foods. That amount of cayenne seems like a lot to me. Can that be cut back and still retain the proper flavor?
Thank you so much! You can catch all of my live video on the Eating on a Dime facebook page under the video tab. Thanks Sharon!

Hi,
If I donโt make a full batch how much of each ingredient do I use? I am doing each individually. Thank you
Thank you Lois!
Been making your seasoning since 2016. Just made another batch. It has warmed us up many, many times with “my” much praised chile. Just wanted to thank you again.
