My kids like eating bananas but sometimes I think they intentionally leave bananas sit on the counter with the hopes I will make banana bread. I have my go-to banana bread recipe, but I have been wanting to try a healthy banana bread recipe.

This recipe ended up super moist and super tasty. My 8 kids devoured it literally in minutes! If all of my kiddos declared this a winner, you know it really is good. You might like Blueberry Banana Bread or Brown Sugar Banana Bread for a delicious variation.

Best banana bread recipe. I’ve me it as written and dairy free and both are great! It’s been added to my recipe box! I doubled the recipe and for dairy free I use margarine and 3/4 c almond milk in place of the sour cream and milk. So good! I’ve made bread and muffins it’s all turned out great no mushiness I’ve gotten from other recipes but not dry.
