Ham and Bean Soup Crock pot recipe
Ingredients
- (1) 16 oz. package dry white beans
- 1 lb cubed ham
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Combine everything into the slow cooker.
- Stir and cover.
- Heat on low for 6-8 hours or until beans are cooked and soft.
- Serves 6-8
- Note: I do not wash and rinse my beans, but you certainly can do this.
