I’m so excited to share with you this Grinch punch recipe. It is a fun twist on the traditional sherbet punch recipe that our family loves. However, we are jazzing it up a bit to make the best Christmas punch recipe!

Grinch Punch

The kids just love it and to be honest, the adults love this holiday punch recipe too! It is such a fun holiday drink and everyone looks forward to it each year.

The punch recipe is super easy and you can whip this together in minutes for your holiday party. You will not believe just how easy it is to make and how tasty it is.

Christmas Punch for kids:

My favorite part might be the red sanding sugar around the edge of the glass. Not only does it look beautiful but it also tastes amazing.  This is now going to be our new Christmas punch for kids. The entire family will enjoy it.

You definitely need a pretty punch bowl. This punch bowl is pretty awesome because it is a cake stand and a punch bowl in one. I love it and I have one similar.

I have had mine for over 14 years and it is still going strong. It is definitely my favorite punch bowl.

Ingredients you need for grinch punch recipe:

  • Lime sherbet
  • Sprite
  • Green Hawaiian fruit punch
  • red sanding sugar (optional)

How to make Easy Grinch Punch Recipe:

  1. First, in a large punch bowl add, spoon in the lime sherbet. Pour half of the sprite and half of the Hawaiian punch over the sherbet.
  2. Next, Stir to combine.
  3. Completely optional but completely adorable, take a glass and dip the rim in a plate of water. Then dip the rim in red sanding sugar. It will look beautiful and will taste even better!
  4. After decorating you glass, spoon in the Grinch Punch.

Variations ideas:

The lime sherbet and Hawaiian punch make a really easy green punch for your next Christmas party. It is optional but you can add pineapple juice or orange juice if you prefer for a tangier punch.

Another option is to add food coloring if you prefer a really green color punch or more of a green apple color. You can also use lemon lime kool aid or lemon lime soda instead of the Hawaiian punch.

To make it extra pretty consider adding fresh cranberries and serving it with orange slices to make adorable grinch cocktails for the adults.

I’m sure you are used to using cranberry juice for Christmas drinks, but this Grinch drink will not disappoint. Just use what you have and keep it simple. This is so delicious and so easy!

    I can’t wait to give it a try! I know it will be delicious and a hit at the Christmas dinner! Me and my daughter do one similar with Hawaiian fruit punch, rainbow sherbet and 7-up found it online a few years back and it never goes to waste! Happy Holidays

    I love this idea for a holiday drink but I live in Australia and some for these ingredients may be hard to get except for the sprite lemonade the other 3 i am not sure what could I use as replacement items.
