- Medium Seedless Watermelon – Choose a watermelon that is about 2-3 pounds. Then cut into triangle shape to make them easy to eat.
- Limes – Lime enhances the natural sweetness
- Honey – You can also use maple syrup
- Kosher Salt – Try flaky sea salt as well for that sweet and salty combo
- Fresh Cilantro – Mint is also a great option

How to Make Grilled Watermelon
- Step 1 – Preheat a grill to high heat (approximately 450-500 degrees Fahrenheit).
Step 2 – In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lime zest, honey and salt. Set aside.
Step 3 – Cut the watermelon into 2 halves. Then cut each half into quarters and cut the watermelon into triangle pieces that are approximately 1-1 ½ inch thick with the rind on the watermelon still attached.
Step 4 – Brush the lime mixture onto both sides of the watermelon triangles and place them directly on the grill on the grill grates.
Step 5 – Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until you see grill marks on the watermelon and it’s slightly soft. Remove from the grill and then serve topped with the fresh cilantro and feta cheese. Enjoy!
