Variations Ideas
- Chicken – Substitute boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of boneless skinless chicken breasts. You can also mix them together. This is a great way to save money and use what is on sale or you already have.
- Pineapple Variations – Any pineapple will work. We used pineapple chunks but rings, crushed or whatever you have will work.
- Additions – For added flavor you can easily add in a ¼ cup of honey, brown sugar, or soy sauce. Seasoning can be added such as black pepper, garlic, ginger, or red pepper flakes.
